​Move your hands has been my quiet mantra as I've moved through almost a year of being creatively drained. In the past, ideas were like water, moving into the cracks and spaces of my life and picking up the colorful debris that surrounded me. Suddenly finding myself fighting for inspiration, I kept my hands moving as my daily practice. It seems only fitting that my first piece in months be a meditation on this advice to myself.
